I started in the BPO industry doing data entry and admin support. It wasn’t glamorous, but it taught me the value of structure, consistency, and getting things done right; lessons I carry into every project today.
Over time, I grew into digital marketing; handling social media content, paid ads, email campaigns, client communication, lead generation, and day-to-day project coordination. These days I combine everything I’ve learned into one goal: helping brands stay organized and visible online, without the overwhelm.
